Returns & Exchanges

Our return window is 14 days starting from the day you received your item. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we're sorry to say your refund or exchange is will not be approved. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, tags & liners attached and in the same condition that you received it.

Gift cards are not eligible to be returned and are considered final sale, as well as all items purchased on sale. 

In order to receive a return, you must provide proof of purchase. That can be in the form of an order number or a receipt. 


1. Check the product is unused, unwashed, with all tags & liners attached 
2. Send us an email at and provide us with the order number, item number/s of the articles that you want to return.
3. Wait until a team member confirms your return / exchange 
4. Once you have received confirmation, package and ship the products back to us (you are responsible to pay the return shipping for the item) to the address provided by our team member


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and placed back onto your original form of payment. 

Please allow 5 business days to see the funds returned into your account. 


Sale items purchased with a discount of 30% off or more are not eligible for a refund.
