WHAT MADE YOU WANT TO CREATE A CAREER CENTERED AROUND SUSTAINABLE FASHION?
Working in apparel production really opened my eyes to focusing on sustainable fashion. Recycling clothes and sourcing vintage has been a passion of mine for awhile now and I have so much fun finding unique treasures. It is more important now than ever to try to use our best sustainable practices. I am not perfect by any means and no one is but I think the small changes we can make to our daily lives can hopefully impact the world and inspire others to make these conscious efforts.
ONE PIECE OF ADVICE YOU WOULD GIVE YOURSELF ONE YEAR AGO.
Save your money, learn from your mistakes and stop doubting yourself!! I wish I had started Less Is More with a lot of money saved up, but the reality is I had basically no money saved. However, I have learned so much during this process and it has helped me grow immensely. Forever thankful for the support this community has given me.

Less Is More ;) Sorry I had to. But I truly do stand by that!! It has been something that was ingrained in me since I was young.
YOUR CREATIVITY SPARKS FROM -
Everything! People, other creatives, travel, nature, movies, etc. I try to find the beauty and light in everything. I can feel inspired by the most random things at times, but I think it’s mainly the people I’m surrounded with that spark my creativity and motivate me to continue what I’m doing!
A QUESTION FOR THE SENSES - FAVORITE SONG, SMELL, AND FOOD AT THE MOMENT
I don’t think I have a favorite song but a classic I will always love is Dreams by Fleetwood Mac. I have the original record passed down to me by my dad so it feels nostalgic to me. Favorite smell is By the Fireplace by Maison Margiela. I use it any time of the year, but it is especially fitting for the holidays. Sushi will forever have a hold on me and it is what I am always craving.

WHAT MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE YOU ARE BY THE SUN?
Happiness, warmth and gratitude! Those are all feelings I have while being by the sun so anything that makes me feel that way. But mainly my friends and family! My friends and family are my sun rays and bring out the best in me.
